Acceptable use policy

All students/families sign an accaptable use agreement to ensure appropriate behaviours anare followed.
At Belle Vue Park our students are encouraged to use technology tools to support their learning. Teachers allow students to access a variety of tools appropriate to the learning task.

Each classroom and the gallery space have an Interactive Whitboard, laptop computers, ipads, digital cameras, tablets and a variety of other devices.

Our Library/ICT centre has an interactive whiteboard, desktop computers and also a trolley of laptop computers. Students are able to access this area as a timetabled session and also at other times during the week.

At each year level our students are taught a variety of ICT skills and use a growing range of programs including cloud applications.

Our School Council recently spent $50,000 to upgrade and supplement our ICT hardware.

Yr Prep -2

Our junior school students usually use ipads to support their learning and are able to access a variety of apps to depending on the learning focus.

Year 3-4

Students in the middle school access ipads, laptops and Interactive boards to support their learning.

Yr 5-6

Students in the senior school utilise ipads, laptop computers, interactive boards, tablets, and  digital cameras to enhance their learning. The school will introduce some green screen video technology in a new project in 2018.
