Belle Vue Park Primary School

Belle Vue Park Kindergarten

Picture
Belle Vue Park Kindergarten is a member of the Northern Schools Early Years Kinder Cluster inc. This group of kindergartens are all located within a primary school setting. The Cluster has a management team and a board which oversee the operations of all sites.
The kindergarten has a full time manager who provides support to each kindergarten.

Our kindergarten forms a component of the Belle Vue Park Community Hub. The refurbished and extended kindergarten opened in 2013 on the 50th anniversary of the school's opening. Our kindergarten offers sessions for three and four year old children in a light filled contemporary and secure facility.  Within this precinct we also have a Maternal Child Health nurse in a partnership with Moreland City Council.

The kindergarten staff are fully qualified and are friendly, welcoming and nurturing professional staff who provide exceptional care and guidance to all children. We have a newly refurbished playground area for the children with lots of space to play and a variety of areas including a digging patch, Tigerturf play area, sand pit, climbing frame, bike riding track, cubby house, water play area, vegetable garden, fruit orchard and swings.  With two sunshade sails our children are well protected from the summer sun.

During the October/November2022, the kindergarten will be refurbished to create new space so we can accommodate more children.

The Kindergarten playground had a major face-lift earlier in 2022 with a new large outdoor deck, outdoor adventure area incorporating a creek bed, tree branches, a small bridge with rope and bollards, new indigenous planting.

We also had a new water harvesting tank installed to complete the makeover.

Our students love it.
