WHAT IS OUR COMMUNITY HUB?

Picture

Our Community Hub was created to provide a one stop location for Early Childhood services.

The hub caters for young babies through to year 4 kindergarten and provides a seamless transition from playgroup into kindergarten culminating in the Foundation year which is the first year of primary schooling .

Babies and toddlers are supported through our partnership with Merri-Bek City Council. We have 2 Maternal Child Health nurses working in our hub from Monday -Thursday.

Our Hub also includes on site Counselling Services provided at the school on Tuesday and Thursday in a fantastic partnership with RelateWell which is based in Coburg. These services are available for students, parents, families and are provided at free or minimal cost to our families.

Playgroups, First Mother's group and family support services are also available.
